Biography
I have been in clinical practice for 45 years as an Herbalist and practicing Touch For Health for nearly 40 years. During that time, I integrated Brain Gym and Touch For Health into certificate & clinical accredited programs at the Wild Rose College of Natural Healing, Vancouver, BC and spent four years delivering custom trainings built upon Brain Gym and TFH prerequisites to First Nation counsellors across the province for National Native Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program (NNADAP). Presenting the Touch For Health body of work to health care professionals and seeing them implement the tools into their respective fields such as massage therapy, chiropractic, physiotherapy and naturopathic medicine has been profoundly rewarding.Since 2016 I’ve been training in Photobiomodulation with Meditech International in Toronto, qualifying as a Professional Laser Therapist to deliver a more comprehensive level of care to my clients. Particularly those that are aging, suffering from osteoarthritis, fractures, sprains, sleep disorders and neurodegenerative diseases. The core tools of muscle checking to assess clients first remain essential to determine priority treatment protocols followed by appropriate self-care tools following treatments.
My life mission to help others continues to expand with education through webinars, podcasts and research findings on all aspect of health and wellbeing.
